Refund and Return Policy
At GoTikTik.pk, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. Refunds, returns, or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Warranty Claims: Items eligible for a warranty claim can be refunded or replaced after verification of the issue.
- Damaged Items: If an item is received in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, a refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
- Item Not as Shown: If the delivered item significantly differs from the product description or images, a refund or replacement will be processed after review.
Conditions for Refund/Return/Replacement:
- The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The item must not have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
- Items checked or inspected by a third party, damaged, or broken by the customer will not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement.
Important Notes:
- Claims for returns or refunds should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and detailed evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the item) to process claims.
We reserve the right to evaluate all claims based on our policy and approve them at our discretion.
