Stamp of Authenticity - Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Gotiktik.pk. We are committed to delivering high-quality wristwatches with the Stamp of Authenticity, ensuring the genuine craftsmanship of your product. The following terms apply to our 12-month warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may affect the functionality of the watch.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Watch Band: Any wear and tear, discoloration, or damage to the strap/band.
  2. Glass: Scratches, cracks, or other damage to the watch face or glass.
  3. Battery: Depletion or replacement of the watch battery.
  4. Damage Caused by Unauthorized Third Parties: Repairs, modifications, or alterations made by unauthorized service providers, including unauthorized tampering, void the warranty.

How to Claim the Warranty

  • To claim your warranty, please provide:
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).
    • A detailed description of the issue with the watch.

General Conditions

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
